A structured framework for turning research notes into clear insights, user needs, and actionable decisions.
This document is used to organise, analyse, and synthesise (bring together and make sense of) user research after interviews, surveys, or usability sessions. The goal is to move from raw notes to clear insights, needs, and opportunities. There is no one perfect method for analysing and synthesising user research. This is one approach that has worked well across a range of projects.
